Shipping & Deliveries
Orders placed before 3pm are usually delivered next working day within the UK. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping is free on all UK orders. All items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm to ensure a fast and secure service.

Yes. In-store collection is available. Please contact us on Whatsapp to arrange a pick up.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow the shipment from dispatch through to delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
