At Marlowe, we take pride in offering carefully curated, authentic pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns process is designed to be clear and straightforward.

Online Purchases
Online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn and unused

All labels and tags must remain attached

Footwear must be returned in the original box, securely packaged to prevent damage
A £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you request an exchange through the return form, exchanges are free of charge.
Important Information
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or returned without original packaging or tags.
We are also unable to offer refunds or partial credits if an item you purchased is later discounted or included in a promotion.
Showroom Purchases
Items purchased in the Marlowe showroom are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify:

The original receipt must be presented

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
