Shipping policy
At Marlowe, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and ensure every piece arrives safely and securely.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Signed to ensure secure delivery.
Orders placed before 3 PM are usually delivered the next working day after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
For high-value orders, we may request additional verification before dispatch to ensure the security of the transaction.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by the courier. Your tracking link will allow you to follow your parcel throughout delivery.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
